Our online store gives you the opportunity to return and replace the products you bought due to your non-physical presence at the time of purchase. The return must be made within 14 working days from the day of receipt of your order. Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:
1. No change is accepted or returned products returned with a message or logo.
2. Products on offer or those available with a 50% discount or more are not returned and no changes are made to them.
Return of Products (non-defective)
In order for the return to be accepted, the items and their packaging must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer. The return must be made within 14 working days from the day of receipt of your order. Beyond this period, abra-katabra.gr may not accept any return to replace the transaction.
The date of timely return is considered only the one indicated on the receipt of the courier company.
The products to be returned must be in the condition received by the customer, in excellent condition with their complete, original, individual packaging, without damage and, with all accompanying documents (retail receipt, Shipping Note-Invoice , etc). All return costs are borne by the sender.
In case you wish the return of the items you received you should send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org describing the return request and you will receive our response.
Product returns and replacements can only be made if all of the following conditions are met:
The return must be made within 14 working days from the day of receipt of your order.
The product (s) must be intact (s) and not used
✓ The product (s) must be accompanied by all the accompanying documents (retail receipt, Shipping Note-Invoice, etc).
✓ All return costs are borne by the sender.
If all of the above do not apply the product (s) will be returned to the sender at his charge. Only if all the above apply, then the cost of repeating the shipment is borne by abra-katabra.gr for one time only.
Return of Products (defective)
Return costs and resending costs (by depositing the corresponding amount of expenses in the customer's bank account) are made in the event that, proven to be the fault of abra-katabra.gr, products of poor and defective quality were sold or by mistake in receiving the order or in invoicing or shipment, or damaged during transport or with poor packaging, etc. Only in these cases abra-katabra.gr takes full responsibility for the replacement, the terms of return remain the same as above.
